Even NAACP Is Opposed to Lowering Test Standards

DAYTON -- "The Dayton Police Department is lowering its testing standards for recruits. It's a move required by the US Department of Justice The Soft Bigotry of Low Expectations after it says not enough African-Americans passed the exam.
