Busted: WI Teacher Charged With Sending Death Threats to GOP Lawmakers
26-year-old Katherine R. Windels of Cross Plains has been named in a criminal complaint filed in Dane County Criminal Court. She is charged with sending a death threat letter to GOP Senators.
