Tokyo – Strong Aftershock: Magnitude 7.4 Earthquake Hits Off Japan Coast
Tokyo - Japan's northeastern coast has been rattled by a strong aftershock. The Japan meteorological agency has issued a tsunami warning for a wave of up to one meter.
