Washington Medical Marijuana Ruling: Workers In State Can Be Fired Over Medical Pot

OLYMPIA, Wash. - Medical marijuana patients can be fired from their jobs in Washington state even if they only use the drug outside the workplace, the Washington Supreme Court ruled Thursday.
