Hungary Flood Of Toxic Sludge An 'Ecological Disaster' (PHOTOS)
DEVECSER, Hungary (AP) - Hungary declared a state of emergency in three counties Tuesday after a flood of toxic red sludge from an alumina plant engulfed several towns and burned people through their clothes.
