Food recall: parsley, cilantro, alfalfa sprouts

Cilantro is not exactly garni. Cilantro is often used in the condiment - salsa but parsley is put on the plate for color and alfalfa sprouts are often added to the plate (maybe to make it look fuller) or worse to the sandwich.
