Missouri, Illinois each lose one House seat

Despite the fact that Missouri grew by 7 percent and Illinois grew by 3.3 percent, Missouri and Illinois will lose one seat each in the US House of Representatives as a result of the population totals revealed Tuesday by the Census Bureau.
