Oil thieves cause pipeline blast that kills 22 in Mexico
Twenty-seven people were killed when a pipeline of Mexico's state oil monopoly, Pemex, exploded in San MartÃn Texmelucan some 60 miles south of Mexico City early on Sunday, civil protection authorities said.
