Hilary Duff Bonds With Young Children for “Blessings In A Backpackâ€
Hilary Duff is embracing the holiday spirit! The 24-year-old actress visited Normandie Ave. Elementary School Thursday in South Central LA to participate in the “Blessings In A Backpack†food program.
